4/2011 - 10/2013 Chasm Industries - Order Picker-Puller  Dallas, TX

To use handheld Symbol Scanner to pick each individual computer or pallet of computers to be loaded on truck. Once orders were picked I then used either stand-up or sit down forklift. I was responsible for the Delivery of the computers and then the removal of the old computer systems.  Using carts and hand jacks I would then take the old computers and load them on the truck and return to warehouse.  Once at warehouse I was responsible for the timely checking in of the computers and had to put them in the appropriate rack location using forklift and handheld Symbol scanner. Experience with Case, Mitsubishi, Yale and CAT forklifts both battery and gas.  Resopnsible for the upkeep of forklift to include insruing all were plugged in at end of shift and the Propane lifts had tanks that were not below ¼. Followed all safety and lockout procedures. Company closed doors and went out of business.

 

2/2009-3/2011 Contract with Right Staff as Phone Technical Support Analyst

As a Technical analyst for Compucom Inc. an ITIL methodology company. I was responsible for the coverage of two accounts, City of Dallas and Kings County NY Hospital systems. I handled approximately 50 calls a day and tracked tickets with Remedy and Computer Associates ticket software. I used my customer service skills to support Windows 2000, XP and Novell operating systems using Active Directory and Groupwise Imanager.
